Keep in mind these are camera phone pics b/c Trenton has my camera today to take pictures of his control burn at work. They're fuzzy...but I think you can get an idea of the "crackle" effect.
Very realistic! I thought the first pic was a picture of what barn board is suppose to look like,...but realized that it was the actual mud room! Great job!
Ok, I LOVE the paint technique. You need to share exactly what things you used so I can do it also. I have paneling in half of my living room, dining room, and bedroom. Our hallway, den, and finished basement is all paneling. Each room has a different kind and some rooms have 2 kinds. It is very UGLY!! Gail doesn't like painted paneling, but I think he would like the barn wood technique that you did.
I have a wonderful and loving husband, Trenton, who is the love of my life. We were married in November 2007. I love spending time with family and friends. We are very blessed to have such wonderful people in our lives. I am the director of Special Education. I really enjoy my job. We are currently expecting our first child, a baby girl, after struggling to start a family after 3 recurrent losses in the past year. We're just trying to give it all to God and enjoy where we are in life at the time.

I LOVE it! Although I thought the wooden panel gave it a quaint feeling LOL! I am glad that you got it done, but I missed seeing you last weekend.
I like it. Of course I don't know exactly what you had in mind but I think it looks great.

I love it! That's such a perfect idea for a laundry room. Sounds like your projects are surprisingly similar to mine. ;)
